A syllabus is in place to guide the practitioner to a point
where they can be self sustaining and their development comes from the inner
teacher.Bagua Foundation
The student will start on the Bagua form to develop an
understanding of body movement, breath control and coordination. The Bagua
form has 8 movements that relate to each element, to facilitate the inner
learning process; the physical movement is complemented by the Bagua energy
breathing techniques.

There are eight techniques that will
develop breath control and provide the following benefits:

After a length of time based on the
students abilities and dedication the movements will become natural and no
longer the prime focus, when this happens their understandings will move to a
new level – the inner learning will now be the focus.
Bagua Leg Form
For those who need to take their physical
understanding to the next level they will be taught the leg form which is
physically more demanding, this form will increase the practitioners strength
and balance.
Bagua Martial Form
The martial form uses aspects of the Bagua and Leg forms – this
form has a bias to providing insights into combat oriented movement.
