Progression
Progression Progression is based becoming more proficient in the Bagua form and energy breathing along with demonstrating a deeper understanding than the purely physical and mental processes Student Level This is a title given to people whose focus is learning the Bagua form at the physical level. The criteria to be recognized at the next level will require competently demonstrating the Bagua form and energy breathing. Practitioner Level At this level the person will be to a certain extent self sustaining in the Bagua Foundation form and energy breathing. The focus is now on developing internally. They will develop an understanding of all the 64 I-Ching hexagrams Teacher They will be able to competently demonstrate the Bagua, Leg form, martial form and energy breathing. The practitioner will be given 8 symbols to meditate upon and required to provide feedback their insights.
